Purchase Policy

All purchases are final. Extra sessions may be used by immediate family members. A 3% surcharge may be applied to credit card transactions.

Returns & Refunds

No refunds. Unused sessions may be transferred to family members.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for Personal Training must be made more than 24 hours before the start of the workout to avoid losing the session (or being charged for the session).

Contract cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the end of the billing cycle to avoid the next charge.

SMS/MMS Communication

  1. When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include appointment reminders, offers, coupons, or other information.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to train@bstrongbellevue.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary on the conversation, but most members receive less than 10 messages per month. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
