Do you have more focused goals?  Are you brand new to fitness and need time to develop a foundation? Do you like working independently?

Many of our members have already discovered the benefits of working with a personal trainer/coach.  Sometimes in place of classes, sometimes in addition to them.  You can work with a trainer alone, with a spouse or partner, or with friends to make it more motivating and fun.  No matter what you choose, our personal trainers will give you complete focus and make your success a priority.

We demand the best from our trainers, so they can demand the best from you.  Each of our in-house trainers have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a fitness/health-related field and minimally one nationally recognized training certification.
Whether your goal is to prepare for an event, build lean body mass, lose fat, or simply feel better so you can perform optimally in everyday life, our trainers will tailor a plan to get you there.
